Laurence obtained his broker's license in January 1995 and obtained CCIM Certification in Financial Analysis & Advanced Marketing & Leasing in 1996 & 1997 respectively. In recent years, Laurence has represented clients such as Bombardier Canada, LexisNexis, Black & Decker Canada, La Farge Canada, Loblaw Properties and, in co-agency, Canada Post & Shoppers Drug Mart.

Marilyn specializes in the sale of multi tenant residential properties and has just concluded the sale of 112 units in Amherstview, 35 units in downtown Kingston and successfully marketed 586 units in Kingston that are now under contract.

Marilyn also specializes in the development of new build to suit premises. She just recently finalized the land acquisition and lease for Bell Canada's new call centre located on Hyperion Court with Signum Corporation in Peterborough. Furthermore, she concluded the new service centre for Bell Canada on Fortune Crescent, with V. Marques Construction Ltd.

Marilyn also is very knowledgeable in the sale of motels, having sold the Knight's Inn, the Highland Motel and the Seven Oaks Motel to name a few.

Larry is a licensed Broker and served as President of the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association for 2008. He is also a member of the Canadian Commercial Council and the Commercial Advisory panel of the Real Estate Council of Ontario. Larry has been involved in a number of business ventures and served as President or Chief operating Officer of businesses in the fields of Insurance, Travel and Tourism and Food Services.

Larry represents Rogers and Trainor in providing services to clients who are either actively looking to sell their business or to purchasers looking for advice on buying a business. Commencing with a detailed market valuation of the business he devises and implements a marketing plan and prepares all materials which would be of pertinent interest to a potential buyer. At all stages of the process client confidentiality is of utmost importance. Having lived in Kingston for over 15 years and with family ties to the commercial real estate industry, Dearbhla has naturally progressed to a career with Rogers & Trainor. After graduating from University of Ottawa and the Rotman School of Business, she will continue her education through the real estate association and CCIM courses. Working closely with her father, Dearbhla focuses on Leasing in the Kingston market and enthusiastically takes advantage of old resources and new technologies available to provide clients with an effective and tailored solution to meet their needs. Following the completion of an MBA degree from the University of Toronto, Gwen began a career in real estate beginning with site selection for a U.S. retail chain then entering the Canadian market. This was followed by 20 years in shopping centre development with large commercial developers. Most recently, Gwen served as Vice President of Marketing and Leasing for nine years with a developer focusing on the revitalization of heritage mixed use properties in the Kingston market. A decision to embrace the quality of life offered by a life in Kingston has led Gwen to join Rogers and Trainor as a sales representative specializing in retail sales and leasing.

Wilson holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario and obtained his Real Estate license in October, 2009. Wilson has over 25 years of management experience and has owned and operated several successful businesses including two national pizza chains, a laundromat, a True Value hardware store, a Midas franchise, and a condominium management/leasing firm.

Wilson is involved in the local community. He was appointed Director of the Kingston Rotary Club and was also on the Board of Directors for Kingston Literacy.
