What you bring:
A valid Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) license.
- A minimum of two years of relevant industry or sales experience.
- Strong prospecting skills.
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents (leases).
- Computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Bonus Skills
- Understanding of the principles of selling, leasing and marketing commercial real estate
properties.
