About Me

Laurence became licensed in real estate in 1991 and obtained his broker’s licence in 1995. In 1996 and 1997, respectively, he obtained his CCIM certification in Financial Analysis and Advanced Marketing & Leasing. In recent years, Laurence’s clients have included Bombardier Canada, LexisNexis, Black & Decker Canada, LaFarge Canada, Loblaw Properties, Queen’s University, and in co-agency Canada Post and Shoppers Drug Mart. Laurence also serves on the Committee of Adjustment for Kingston and has been Vice Chair for 2009 and 2010.
