He also provides development consultancy services, supported by a comprehensive knowledge of provincial and municipal planning legislation and procedures, gained through his previous position as Senior Development Planner with the City of Kingston. Alex holds a bachelor of science honours degree in Planning & Property Development from Nottingham Trent University, UK.
