About Me

Gary Croke is a Principal and Broker at Rogers & Trainor Commercial Realty Inc. since 2008. He has represented clients from Port Hope to Cornwall. His experience and in-depth local market knowledge has been an asset to Rogers & Trainor’s continued growth and reputation as a recognized leader in the southeastern Ontario marketplace; Gary has also built a reputation as the go-to-guy for industrial property in the area.

Gary has worked with many local, national and international clients to facilitate their commercial real estate requirements. Key strengths lie in his ability to listen, gaining a clear understanding of his client’s needs, quick and accurate service and his perseverance to get the job done efficiently. He has vast experience in property acquisitions, dispositions and in structuring lease transactions.

Gary has an extensive network of business relationships including developers, investors, landlords, bankers, environmental engineers and municipal government planners which brings added dimension to his ability to make deals and provide solutions.

Prior to Rogers & Trainor and escaping to Kingston, Gary spent 25 years in the GTA working for large firms in a marketing capacity, such as – Young & Rubicam, Leo Burnett, JWT, TSN, Wilson Sports.

Gary held a position as a board member for Kingston and Area Real Estate Association (KAREA) from 2011 to 2012. Also, he was a Real Estate Consultant for the City of Kingston Waterfront Master Plan committee from 2014 to 2016.

When he is not making real estate deals, Gary keeps active curling, golfing and gardening.
