James Ward has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. He has worked in the UK and Continental Europe for international companies including DTZ, King Sturge and CB Richard Ellis. He has multi-disciplinary expertise in the fields of leasing, tenant representation, corporate real estate, investment, capital markets, shopping centre leasing, consultancy, appraisal and fund management. Over the years he has advised and acted on, real estate transactions with a total value in excess of $1 billion. James holds a bachelor of science honours degree in Land Management from the University of Reading, UK, and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
